What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our website?
When filling out a contact form on our site, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number or other details to help you with your experience. For spam prevention purposes, your IP address may also be recorded.
When do we collect information?
We only collect personally identifiable information from you when you fill out a form or directly enter information on our site.
Other information we collect from your visit is not able to be personally identified or linked to your specific visit, but is agregated as general usage statistics, such as the number of visits each page on our website recieves, the average duration of each visit, and what type of device or browsers are used most to visit our website.
How do we use your information?
We may use the information we collect from you when you fill out a contact form, sign up for our newsletter, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways:
- To allow us to better service you in responding to your customer service requests.
- To follow up with you after correspondence (live chat, email or phone inquiries).
How do we protect your information?
We will never ask for credit card numbers or passwords.

How do you erase your personal information?
You can fill out the contact form located at the bottom of our “Contact Us” page to request that we erase any personal information we hold about you. (This is likely the exact same form you used to provide us the information in the first place). After receiving a request to erase personal information, we seek to have all traces of it removed from our website database within 7 days, after which we send you one final email to confirm that your data has been removed, and then also delete the removal request itself.
Do we use ‘cookies’?
You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies. You do this through your browser settings. Since each browser is a little different, look at your browser’s Help Menu to learn the correct way to modify your cookies.
Turning cookies off, should not affect your user experience of this website or prevent it from functioning properly.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties any of your Personally Identifiable Information. This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or serving our users, so long as those parties also agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release information when it’s release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property or safety.
We use Google Analytics to monitor our website usage, so your visit is measured by their service, however none of this information is ever linked to any individually identifiable visitor, but is recorded as general usage statistics for over a given time period.
